Kaifu Sushi Delivery

The delivery cost is calculated automatically based on the distance between the "Kaifu Sushi" restaurant and your address. Please select your city from the top menu – the interactive map will then show current zone limits and courier rates.

Delivery Rates & Zones

• • Zone 1 (up to 2.9 km): Free of charge
• • Zone 2 (from 3 to 5.9 km): 2 €
• • Zone 3 (from 6 to 8.9 km): 3 €
• • Zone 4 (from 9 to 14 km): 5 €

Note: If your delivery address falls into the remote zone (Zone 4, 9 km or more), we strongly recommend ordering well in advance to allow optimal route planning and timely delivery.

Payment Methods

Card payment: You can pay for your order via payment terminal upon receipt.

Cash payment: Cash payment is available to the courier upon delivery or to the manager at self-pickup.

Delivery Terms

Delivery time: The average delivery time is 1 to 1.5 hours. After you place your order, an operator will contact you to confirm the details and agree on the courier's arrival time (or order readiness for self-pickup), taking into account current traffic and restaurant workload.

Waiting time: The customer must remain reachable during the scheduled delivery window. The maximum waiting time for the courier at the location is 10 minutes. If the courier is unable to reach the customer within this timeframe, the order will be canceled.
